At Qorvynta S.A.S. we process your personal data in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25,326 and with principles of minimisation, purpose and accountability. This document describes what data we collect when you interact with qorvynta.com, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Qorvynta S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892345-7, with registered address at Av. Del Libertador 5940, Floor 8, C1428ARP, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Privacy contact: privacidad@qorvynta.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide when completing the contact form (name, email and message content) and limited technical data (language, device type, pages visited) when you grant consent for analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, improve the site and — when you expressly consent — measure campaigns and personalise ads on Google platforms. We do not sell your data to third parties nor make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your free and informed consent when submitting the form or modifying preferences on the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with no retroactive effect.
5. Retention period
We retain received enquiries for 24 months since the last contact, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Cookie-derived data are retained as detailed in the Cookie Policy.
6. Processors and transfers
We use infrastructure and measurement providers (for example, Google LLC for Google Ads and analytics) that may involve international transfers with contractual clauses and adequate safeguards. We never transfer your data for commercial purposes unrelated to these purposes.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to privacidad@qorvynta.com. You also have the right to file complaints with Argentina's Public Information Access Agency (AAIP).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, audit logs and periodic supplier reviews.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. The last update date will be published at the header of the document.
